BM&T supported TSL Products in a successful transatlantic deal, leveraging our Conway MacKenzie alliance to help the UK manufacturer expand from strength and outperform competitors ahead of Brexit.
Having worked with the TSL group through some tough times, it was a pleasure to support TSL Products, a UK manufacturing and export success story not standing still for Brexit, with evaluating, structuring and completing this deal from a position of strength as it now outperforms its competitors, our work on this transatlantic deal aided by our alliance with Conway MacKenzie, Inc.
Now for the fun work on integrating the two businesses!
