BM&T took immediate control of cash and stabilised the business by tightening control over global project losses and introducing cross-functional transparency. The group was rationalised, unprofitable divisions exited, and modernised contracting methodology implemented.

We diversified the customer base, repositioned the product and service offering for high-value sectors, and led the integration of a new US acquisition to create a platform for sustainable growth.

Result: insolvency avoided, EBITDA improved, and a coherent, growth-ready business model rebuilt from the inside out.
