BM&T supported a $20m Swedish subsidiary of a distressed U.S. group that was developing advanced inkjet systems but burning cash at a rate that threatened insolvency.

BM&T quickly assessed the situation and redirected technical resources away from long-term R&D toward resolving immediate operational bottlenecks. This shift generated short-term revenue, stabilised cash, and avoided bankruptcy.

Once stable, BM&T worked with the U.S. parent to prepare and execute a successful divestment of the subsidiary to a UK strategic acquirer - restoring value and protecting jobs, IP and future potential.
